Humble brag
Anyone can sell you a dashboard that says you're invisible. We publish the assets, fix the plumbing and move the number. Zero to 30% visibility across eight AI platforms, and a signed contract at the end of it.

AEO strategy
→ Prompt alignment, not keyword lists
→ KPI alignment to enquiries and revenue
→ Competitor tracking on every prompt
→ The questions buyers ask before they spend
Content creation
→ A creation engine that ships at volume
→ Product and landing page optimization
→ Production with QA, nothing thin
→ Velocity and cadence after the first push
Technical AEO
→ Schema and structured data
→ Entity consistency across the web
→ Crawler access for the bots that are not Googlebot
→ An agent that produces the artifacts
Measurement
→ Visibility by platform and by prompt
→ AI-referred traffic separated out
→ Outcomes tied to the prompt that started them
→ Losses fed back into what we publish next
Our six-step process
From invisible to the first name it says
1
Audit where you stand
We measure your current visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI, and score you against every competitor the models name instead of you.
2
Build the prompt set
Not keywords. The actual questions a buyer types before spending real money, prioritized by which ones precede a purchase rather than which ones have volume.
3
Publish against them
Articles, comparison pages and landing pages written to answer one question each. Forty assets on our reference account, every one measured against the prompt it was written for.
4
Fix the plumbing
Schema, structured data, entity consistency and crawler access for the AI bots. This is what decides whether a model can read you at all.
5
Track weekly, not monthly
Visibility by platform and by prompt, AI-referred traffic separated out, and enquiries traced back to the question that started them.
6
Feed the losses back
The prompts you are still losing decide what gets published next month. That loop is the whole job, and it is the part a dashboard cannot do for you.
Case study: Villa Alberti, Las Catalinas
Published, then named, then booked
A fully staffed villa on the Guanacaste coast. 40 published assets and a tracked prompt set. Every asset below is live, and the score beside it is the current visibility on the prompt it was written for.
01 · We publish
Three of the forty assets, all live on the client's site. Each was written for one question, then measured against it.

02 · The model names them
A stranger asks the question. This is the answer, exactly as it came back.

Asked: private staffed villas in Costa Rica for 15–20. Villa Alberti is number two on the shortlist and one of the three it finally recommends.
Visibility on this prompt. Perplexity 32.8%

03 · The customer books
The enquiry that came out the other end.

“We will take it. Please send a contract.”
An inbound enquiry that started as a question typed into a chat window. Sender name and company redacted at the client's request.

Before you ask
The questions everyone asks.
How is this different from SEO?
Google ranks pages. An answer engine writes one answer and names a handful of sources inside it. Some of the work overlaps, like schema and content depth, but the target is being cited in the answer rather than ranking tenth on a results page. The measurement is completely different, which is why standard SEO reporting tells you nothing about it.
Can you actually influence what ChatGPT says, or just measure it?
Influence. Models pull from content that exists, so publishing against the questions your buyers actually ask, fixing what makes you illegible to a crawler, and building the third-party citations models lean on all move the answer. What nobody can do is guarantee a specific phrasing on a specific date. Anyone promising that is selling something else.
How long before we see anything?
Comparison and head-to-head prompts move fastest, usually inside two to three months, because competition on them is thin. Broad prompts take longer and never reach 100%. On our reference account the first real movement showed up around month three.
What outcomes should we expect?
Visibility first, because nothing else can happen until the models name you. But visibility is the input, not the point. The goal is customers arriving where you actually want them, and that endpoint is yours to choose: a direct booking, a DTC checkout, a retail partner, a phone call, a filled-in form. We agree the destination before we publish anything, then measure back to it.
Do you do ads?
Yes. Paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing and Shopping is the other half of Onward, along with the data infrastructure underneath both. Plenty of clients buy only AEO and that is fine. But if you are already running paid media, the same prompt research and landing pages feed it, and one team reporting on both beats two agencies blaming each other.
How do we know a lead came from an answer engine?
Partly instrumentation, partly asking. AI referral traffic is trackable and we separate it out, but plenty of buyers read an answer and then search your name directly, so referrer data undercounts. We tie what we can, add a source question to your enquiry form, and are honest about the gap rather than claiming perfect attribution.
The rest of what we do
AEO is just the start.
Most clients come for one thing and stay for the system. Getting named by the models matters more when the channels underneath it are working, and when the numbers all reconcile.

Performance marketing
Media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing and Shopping, run by senior operators with hands on the keyboard. Flat monthly fee, never a percentage of ad spend, so nobody has a reason to talk you into a bigger budget.

Data infrastructure
A warehouse that unifies Shopify, Amazon, your CRM and every ad platform into one set of numbers, so contribution margin and CAC come out of your own data rather than what a platform reports. The warehouse stays in your accounts.
