Porter had strong performance potential on Meta but needed a clear framework to identify which creatives actually drove qualified studio leads. Early results were promising, but campaigns lacked structure for isolating what worked and what did not.
We began with an in person creative brainstorm to identify multiple content pillars to test across audiences. From there, we developed a focused creative testing system built to find signal quickly and reinvest in what delivered real outcomes. The goal was simple, increase qualified studio volume while lowering costs and improving efficiency.
Onward’s process centered on collaboration, iteration, and data clarity. Each creative pillar represented a hypothesis to validate, with every testing round producing insights that informed the next. Over time, this evolved into a repeatable system for scaling what worked and cutting what did not.
